Little Eyes, or beholders
The Little Eyes were created by Mondo to live upon and protect the Great Eye of Mondo, which is the sun. The Little Eyes were created in the image of the Great Eye, in form they are but a large single eye hovering above the ground. The crown of smaller eyes atop their heads mimics Mondo's own crown of waving eye stalks and marks them as his servants. For many years, the Little Eyes remained upon the Great Eye as its guardians. Eventually, however, they began to watch the mortals below and imitate their wicked ways. Soon, the Little Eyes were fighting amongst themselves, warring like the lesser races. It was at this time that Duc de Redouter was raised up by Mondo to rule over the Little Eyes and cause them to never be like the mortals below. A few rogue Little Eyes have made their way to the mortal realm below the Great Eye where they have chosen to go by the moniker of Beholders, as they would rather view the world and do as it does than to follow the words of their creator.Beholder

Antimagic Cone (Su): See Monster Manual.
Daylight Cone (Ex): A beholder's central eye is a smaller version of the Great Eye of Mondo and emits daylight as the spell as long as it is open. As an extraordinary ability, this is unaffected by the beholder's Antimagic Cone.
